She was using a not-so-smart phone and it took her a bit longer to spit out a short, simple text. (Remember ... a-a-a? Pressing a number one, two, or three times to select the right letter?) But, she stayed with it and figured it out. She's upgraded her phone recently, so I don't think it is as difficult to send a lengthier text these days!
